Illustration Friday - Night

Here is my entry for this week's Illustration Friday. It's later than I would have liked, but it's finished non the less. I almost didn't have time to finish it due to other projects, but I felt compelled to work extra late nights this week, so as not to break my streak of work (I'm proud to say I haven't missed a week of Illustration Friday yet). So let me know what you think of it. As I've been doing for several weeks, I used Ink and digital color. Thanks for checking out my art blog. Later.

I love it. It has a happy feel to it. Hope she is making a wish on that excellent falling star. Well done. Cheers!

I think that it looks really nice. Good feel, with this one. Good job for not missing an Illofri.

I think this is a very well drawn illustration, and I love the blues and greens and fading effect in the sky.

Very contemporary look! Nice to see someone illustrating kids that reflect the times!

This has a nice soft feel to it...good use of light and shadow here. And the shooting star is a nice touch, not only visually, but for what it adds to the theme. Wish I could say the same, I think I've missed a couple. Your discipline is very impressive!

You have such great characters. What programs do you use?

I like the vertical space...it worked perfectly with your sibject. The shooting star is very cool, and as always, your work has such a crisp and compelling quality. I also like your screaming lady in red above...she looks like she means what she screams!

Hey! Nice work! I really like your line work and the colors you choose. Very nicely rendered! This is a very warm (ironically) and friendly picture.
